The Department provides educational process in the field of History, Cultural Studies, Philosophy of Science and Technology and Social Anthropology, Law, Social Psychology, Organizational Psychology and Management Psychology, conflict studies.
In addition to the educational process the staff of the Department also conducts a great scientific and methodical work published and prepared for publishing dozens of publications – scientific articles, monographs, textbooks; protected candidate and doctoral theses; developed new programs, teaching methods, lecture and elective courses.
The staff of the Department is the initiator and Creator of the concept of psychological support of the University (currently it is being prepared for implementation) and a new direction of professional training at the master's level – "Professional pedagogy", the content of which is the process of specialized training of higher school teachers for technical and technological universities.
